剧情

　　丹佐华盛顿的角色是饰演一位初次犯案的囚犯，典狱长提出一项交易一你要去说服你那全国高中篮球赛冠军队的儿子，加入州政府指定的大学（州立大学），事成之后便有机会得到减刑。雷艾伦的角色比丹佐华盛顿更有发挥空间，丹佐华盛顿和旅馆的妓女的关系到最后发生冲突，他们之间的对手戏事全剧中最棒的部份，最终，全剧从父子的争吵到典型的雷艾伦和经纪人为权益而起冲突丰富的剧情中落幕。

　　这是一部典型的篮球+梦想的电影，饰演Jesus的是现实中球品球技均有口皆碑的NBA名将，密尔沃基雄鹿队的雷阿伦。此前也有奥尼尔，罗德曼等NBA明星出演过电影，但大都毫无深度可言，徒增笑尔，但这次雷阿伦的发挥空间更大，也他的表现也更令人惊喜。Danzel Washington饰演片中的父亲，本片也是他和纽约尼克斯队的铁杆球迷，导演Spike Lee的第三次合作。
